Providing a free, fast, and reliable local delivery service is very important to us! All we need is a minimum of £25.00 order value to qualify. We currently cover a 5-mile radius from each shop and your order is dropped off by a member of staff in our own van. We do not use couriers or national delivery companies, and our team is not insured to enter your premises.
Having a delay of two working days allows us to make sure your product is perfect for your requirements. If you require same-day delivery, and your order is placed before 12pm, please do not hesitate to call us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Occasionally we may have to deliver outside of two working days, as from time-to-time availability of products can vary. On these rare occasions, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity and offer solutions like, offering an equal alternative, waiting a short period for your product, or offering a refund.
